The main aim of this organization is to help with the needy, young and vulnerable people, including men, women and children and to increase the rate of employment for all Afghans wherever they are in Afghanistan

• SWTSO identifies and studies situations that contribute to women’s problems and then selects appropriate projects to address them by developing proposals to donor agencies for funding and by enlisting support through national and international humanitarian aid organizations and provide proposals for similar women’s projects.

• SWTSO focuses on establishment of good relations and coordination with all national and internationals agencies for their direct support in the progression of country’s reconstruction affairs.

• SWTSO wishes to assist in the reconstruction of those houses and schools that have been destroyed due the war and natural disasters.

• SWTSO intends to participate with other NGOs in reconstruction and income generation effort involved in sustainability of the poor people of Afghanistan especially women.
• The main objectives of this of this NGO are to contribute to rehabilitation of this war-torn country and to the expansion of the democratic atmosphere for women who comprise half of the population in Afghanistan.

• Due to the imposed war in Afghanistan, the community in general, and women and children in particular, have been suffered from different uncertainty such as

economic, health and education. In the meantime, they have been demoralized by a very poor life within the refugee camps in Pakistan.

• SWTSO, a non-political NGO, will provide services with no consideration of ethnicity, tribe, or language of the recipients SWTSO is trying to develop the entire community through integrated packages of services in order to upgrade the life condition of the people as a whole.

• SWTSO emphasizes the development of the life situation of Afghan youth (girls and boys) categorically in the areas of culture, social and economic issues which must be addressed to help them develop in accordance with norms and customs of their society and within the guidelines of Islamic law.
